Tootsie Rolls a delicious chocolate flavoured taffy like candy. Tastes similar to taffy and caramel.  Manufactured origianlly in 1907 as the first penny sweet.

Ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, palm oil, condensed skim milk, cocoa, whey, soy lecithin, artifical and natural flavours.
